A reservation at Le Pondy Beach Resort is confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment via our official UPI ID, presented during checkout along with a QR code.

Your booking reference and confirmation voucher are issued instantly on payment and emailed to the address provided at the time of booking. Please carry a copy (digital or printed) at check-in.

All tariffs are inclusive of GST and daily breakfast. Any services beyond the inclusions — spa therapies, motorized water sports, dining beyond breakfast — are chargeable as per prevailing resort rates.

Cancellations made until the check-in date carry no charge: 100% of the advance is refunded to the source account.

No-shows and cancellations after the check-in date are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or UPI provider's timelines.

Le Pondy operates a 24-hour check-in / check-out cycle: your room is yours for a full 24 hours from your arrival time.

Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

Occupancy beyond the stated capacity of a room category is not permitted. The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in where guest count exceeds the reserved occupancy.

Guests are expected to respect the tranquility of the resort and fellow guests. Loud music in open areas is restricted after 10:00 PM.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Rooms and villas are strictly non-smoking.

Pets are welcome, complimentary, on prior request — please keep them leashed in public areas and away from dining and pool decks.

The resort reserves the right to ask any guest to leave, without refund, for conduct that endangers guests, staff or property.

Guests are liable for any damage to resort property, furnishings or equipment caused by them or their invitees, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

The private beach, pools, water park and water sports are used at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near water bodies.

The resort is not responsible for loss of valuables. Please use the in-room safe or front-desk safe deposit facility.

Outside food, liquor and unlawful substances are not permitted on the premises.

Le Pondy Beach Resort shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control — including cyclones, floods, government restrictions, or utility failures. In such cases, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund of amounts paid.

While we take care to keep this website accurate, rates, inclusions and availability are confirmed only at the moment of booking. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will offer the correct rate or a full refund.

All content, imagery and branding on this website belong to Le Pondy Beach Resort and may not be reproduced without written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Puducherry.
