Every reservation at Le Pondy Beach Resort can be cancelled free of charge until your check-in date.

It does not matter why you cancel — plans change, and we respect that. No questions, no deductions, no fine print.

If a booking is cancelled for any reason before the check-in date, 100% of your payment is refunded to your source account — the same UPI account you paid from.

Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of cancellation and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.

Cancellations requested on or after the check-in date, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Once your stay has begun, the room has been held exclusively for you and cannot be resold — we appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation requests are acknowledged within a few hours and confirmed within 24 hours, along with your refund reference.

Prefer to move your stay instead of cancelling? Date changes are free until the check-in date, subject to availability and any difference in the prevailing rate.

Guest name and occupancy details can be updated any time before check-in at no charge.

If your reservation covers several rooms or categories under one booking ID, you may cancel individual rooms — the refund is calculated per room at its paid rate.

Cancelling the entire reservation refunds the full amount paid across all rooms.

If the resort cannot host your stay due to events beyond reasonable control — cyclones, floods, government restrictions or utility failures — you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule to any available date within 12 months.
