Payments are accepted via secure UPI transfer to our official UPI ID, shown to you during checkout along with a QR code. Your booking is confirmed instantly upon payment, and a confirmation is emailed to you.

All tariffs are inclusive of GST and daily breakfast. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Free cancellation is available until your check-in date.

If a booking is cancelled for any reason before the check-in date, 100% of your payment will be refunded to your source account.

Refund timelines depend on your bank or UPI provider and typically reflect within 5–7 business days.

Le Pondy operates a 24-hour check-in / check-out cycle: your room is yours for a full 24 hours from the time you arrive, whatever hour that may be.

Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests at check-in.

When you book or contact us, we collect your booking name, email address, contact number, stay dates, room preference, number of guests and any special requests you share.

Payment references (UPI transaction IDs) are stored only to reconcile your reservation; we never see or store your bank account, card or UPI PIN details.

Your details are used solely to process your reservation, send booking confirmations, and personalise your stay (for example, honouring special requests).

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties. Data is shared only with service providers essential to fulfilling your stay, under confidentiality obligations.

Booking data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised resort personnel.

We retain reservation records for legal and accounting purposes; you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us via the contact page.

This website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how guests use the site and to improve the booking experience. No advertising trackers are sold your data.
