Le Pondy operates a 24-hour check-in / check-out cycle — your room is yours for a full 24 hours from the time you arrive, whatever hour that may be.

Early arrivals and late departures beyond your 24-hour window are accommodated subject to availability; please inform the front desk in advance.

A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) is mandatory for every adult guest at check-in.

Foreign nationals must present a valid passport with visa. Guests without valid ID cannot be checked in, as required by law.

Children below 6 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.

A dedicated children's pool (open 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and kids' play area are available; children must be supervised by an adult near all water bodies.

One extra bed per room is provided complimentary on request, subject to availability and the room category's occupancy limit.

Please mention your extra bed requirement in the special requests field while booking so it is ready on arrival.

Pets are welcome at Le Pondy, complimentary and at no extra charge, on prior request — mention it in your booking's special requests so we assign a suitable room or villa.

Pets must remain leashed in public areas and are not permitted inside the restaurant, pool decks or spa.

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas of the resort.

All rooms and villas are strictly non-smoking; a deep-cleaning charge applies where this policy is violated.

Reservations are confirmed on 100% advance payment via our official UPI ID, with instant confirmation and an emailed voucher.

Free cancellation until your check-in date — 100% of your payment is refunded to the source account, typically within 5–7 business days.

Tariffs are inclusive of GST and daily breakfast.

Private beach access: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, with lifeguard service. Swimming pools: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; proper swimwear required.

Outside food and liquor are not permitted on the premises. Guests are liable for damage to resort property caused by them or their invitees.

Complimentary parking and on-site EV charging are available for resident guests.
